Daniel is a recognized regulatory leader with over 25 years of experience in health care and professional regulation. He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Western University, and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Services Management from McMaster University. |

Dr. Michael Gardner received his DDS from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto in 1986. While maintaining a private practice, he joined the RCDSO staff in 1996 on a part-time basis, serving as an Investigator and Monitoring Officer, and in 1998, he became the College’s first Professional Practice Advisor. In 2000, Dr. Gardner left private practice to join the full-time staff of the College, and was soon appointed Assistant to the Registrar in the Complaints, Investigations and Hearings area of the College. In 2009, Dr. Gardner became the College’s Manager of Quality Assurance and in 2016, he was promoted to Director. |
